To honor the time, preparation, and care dedicated to each appointment, Empauir Ink and Modest Permanent Cosmetics requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may require full payment upfront for future appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show, resulting in cancellation of the appointment and loss of the deposit. • Late arrivals cannot be accommodated with extended time and full service results cannot be guaranteed.
